  • Business Details: Business name, address, contact info, and logos you upload for your invoices.
  • Client Data: Names, addresses, and contact details of the clients you invoice.
  • Invoice Data: Line items, pricing, totals, and payment instructions.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of InvoiceForge:

  • To generate and store your invoices.
  • To provide a dashboard for tracking your billing history.
  • To manage your "Pro" subscription features (CRM, Item Catalog).
  • To communicate important service updates or support responses.

We never sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

InvoiceForge is built on the Google Firebase platform. Your data is stored in secure Firestore databases located in secure data centers.

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit (SSL) and at rest.
  • Access Control: We use strict Firestore Security Rules to ensure that only YOU can access your business and invoice data.
  • Images: Business logos are compressed and stored securely as base64 strings within your private user record.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: You can view all your stored data via the dashboard at any time.
  • Deletion: You can delete invoices, clients, or items at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate in our database.
  • Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact our support.
