By accessing or using InvoiceForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

InvoiceForge grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software provided to you as part of the service. You may:

  • Create and download unlimited invoices for your own business use.
  • Store client and item data within the system (subject to your plan limits).
  • Manage your billing history and dashboard.

You may not: modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software contained on the service; or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

InvoiceForge offers both Free and Pro tiers:

  • Free Tier: Includes core invoicing features, standard templates, and limited currency support.
  • Pro Tier: Includes premium templates, CRM functionality, custom logo branding, and global currency support.
  • Billing: If you upgrade to Pro, payments are handled via secure third-party processors. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

InvoiceForge is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or accuracy of the service.

We are not responsible for any tax, legal, or financial errors resulting from the use of our invoices. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their invoices comply with local laws and regulations.

In no event shall InvoiceForge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on InvoiceForge.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on InvoiceForge could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
